Publicis Groupe Indonesia has brought on board Sinta Karolina Koesnadi (pictured) as GM to manage the Nestlé business after recently bagging additional duties for Nestlé Content Studio. She will lead more than 30 individuals on the team and is responsible for setting up the content studio, which will handle some content production for Nestlé brands. The position was previously helmed by client service director Heru Santoso who is currently transitioning to a client partner role for Philip Morris International, which is another high growth client for the agency, CEO Sony Nichani told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE

Koesnadi was previously a marketing communications consultant for more than two years before joining the Groupe. Before that, she was corporate communication and marketing division head for Sinar Mas Land for more than three years. Ogilvy Indonesia as business director for Indosat Ooredoo, according to her LinkedIn. She first joined as a senior account director and rose up the ranks to helm the roles of group account director and business director, her LinkedIn said. Koesnadi was also account director at DDB Indonesia and McCann Erickson Indonesia.

She said she is excited to reconnect with the brand communication agency again, and be part of the Publicis family, especially during these challenging times. "Having had experience in brand communication agencies and handled various reputable brands as well as been on the client-side, I am hoping to be able to lead the team and help brands to connect, interact and engage with the consumers, to a new level," she added.

Meanwhile, Nichani said: "We are reorganising the teams to strengthen our client partnerships. Our focus is on creating senior client partners who can help provide brand stewardship to our clients." Aside from the Nestlé Content Studio, the Groupe also won creative and social duties for Multi Bintang and Heineken in Indonesia following a pitch late last year which also saw incumbent Lowe vying for the account. The account is for a year and work is under development.

"Our continued effort is to provide integration and drive organic growth by focusing on the Power of One and we continue investing in senior talent who can help us deliver this to our clients," she said.

Additionally, the agency also strengthened its creative bench with the hire of Lucy Novita as deputy ECD early this year who joined from Toaster and associate creative directors Dafi Alfadila from Gojek and Doppy Prasetya from dentsu Indonesia's Koinworks. Meanwhile, Nichani was promoted to lead the Groupe's Indonesia operations as CEO last December succeeding Brian Capel. She joined as MD from FCB Jakarta last March.
