Iris Singapore has appointed Arundhati Saha as its new head of PR to lead Nespresso Singapore's communications strategy and execution along with other accounts. She (pictured) will also work closely with the leadership team to elevate brand awareness and reputation for the agency.
Last year, Nespresso selected iris to handle media relations, events activation and influencer marketing. The agency's responsibilities also include communications and influencer strategy, as well as a focus on content development across the sustainability and coffee quality spaces.
Saha joins from Havas Group where she led the regional marketing and communications strategy for the network. In the course of her career, she has worked on a multitude of brands encompassing verticals such as technology, logistics, education in India and Singapore within PR agencies as well as in-house.
Saha said iris presents a fresh and progressive approach to brand building and the opportunity to be a part of its success story is the change that she was looking for. "I look forward to deepening brand engagement for Nespresso as well as leverage the agency’s multi-disciplinary strength to elevate the agency brand and grow the PR business,” she added.
"PR is one of the key components of our integrated value-proposition and Saha brings a wealth of communications experience which will strengthen our offering. I am delighted to welcome her to our leadership group," MD Andy Cairns said.
