XL Prioritas, a post-paid service under telco XL Axiata, has reappointed Havas Group Indonesia its creative agency, effective immediately, for a year. This follows a pitch held in November last year which saw six other agencies vying for the account. Along with handling above the line duties for XL Prioritas, the agency will also support its social media strategy and be responsible for crafting ideas and strategies to strengthen brand awareness and relevance amongst premium target audience.

Lyra Filiola, group head, premium product and marketing, XL Prioritas said having previously worked with Havas, the team has always impressed XL Prioritas with its strong strategic skills and forward-thinking solutions to help the company achieve its business goals.

“As we move forward with our ambition of becoming the most preferred post-paid brand among our audiences across markets, we know we can place our trust in Havas to help accomplish this objective," she added.

Meanwhile, Agus Sudradjat, chairman, Havas Group Indonesia said it is honoured to work with XL Prioritas again. "The Havas value proposition is built on creating a meaningful difference via content, technology, that resonates with consumers while being outcome oriented. This ideology will continue to be the driving force in our journey with XL Prioritas, as we work on elevating their brand presence in Indonesia," he added.

Separately, the agency saw Anwesh Bose, former president director (CEO), step down from his position after close to six years with the network. He took on the role in January 2018 and was formerly the CEO of Havas Media Group for more than a year, and MD for over two years.
