Mindshare appoints new APAC CEO

Mindshare has promoted CEO for Mindshare Greater China Amrita Randhawa (pictured) to Asia Pacific CEO, effective immediately. She will continue to work with Ashutosh Srivastava, executive chairperson and CEO for growth markets, which comprise Asia Pacific, MENA, Africa and Russia/CIS.Randhawa will focus on the agency's product, delivering a balance of brand and demand services for marketers. She will also be responsible in ensuring that Mindshare adapts and evolves to focus on clients' needs. Based in Shanghai, Randhawa will continue to manage Mindshare Greater China as it executive chairperson, in addition to her overall Asia Pacific duties. Randhawa has been with the agency for over 12 years, working across cities including Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing, Mumbai and Delhi.Meanwhile, the agency has also promoted Prasanth Kumar to the position of CEO for MENA and Africa, in addition to his current role as the CEO for South Asia, with immediate effect. He will also report to Srivastava.“These two represent the future of Mindshare for some of our most important markets globally.
