BizTech, an Adobe solution partner, has rebranded and fully integrated into S4 Capital's MediaMonks, following the merger on 18 December 2019. With BizTech fully integrated, MediaMonks will be scaling up the expertise to meet the growing demand of brands looking for an end-to-end solution to fuel digital transformation. All experts fluent in Adobe’s ecosystems will be operating under one P&L, servicing brands worldwide focused on speed, quality and value, the press statement said.
The rebrand and new leadership announcement follows in the footsteps of recent digital transformation work for brands including ANZ bank (The Australia and New Zealand Banking Group), Australia Post Corporation, AkzoNobel and Weber to name a few. MediaMonks has appointed Vera Cvetkovic as VP Solutions for the Americas and she will lead the new Toronto office.
Victor Knaap, CEO MediaMonks said with the global team of experts combining user experience, design and technology, MediaMonks is fully equipped to lead brands digital journeys.
"We can add value throughout the process– from the discovery of what a platform should be, to the defining, and implementation for the best customer experience. I look forward to taking that reputation and expertise, adding MediaMonks design thinking and rolling it out globally under one label," he added.
Meanwhile, Tim Goodman, who will be leading the BizTech's new unit as CTO Solutions said being able to include an engineering mindset through the ideation and creation phases of digital transformation projects allows the agency to build and design with the end user in mind.
Michael Patishman, SVP Solutions added that the industry referred to BizTech as "Adobe Darlings" when it comes to Enterprise Implementations, and the unit has been working with Adobe exclusively.
"We have been awarded the top partner honours by Adobe just about every year this award has existed. In my career I’ve had the pleasure of working with many large enterprise vendor technologies and applications. This experience has given me not only an in-depth understanding of the industry, but also exposure to various cultures globally. Now that we integrate with MediaMonks, we can bring creative and engineering together. I am super thrilled for what the future will bring,” he said.
S4 Capital has also had a number of acquisitions recently. In October last year, S4 Capital acquired London-based digital analytics company ConversionWorks and South Korean data and analytics consultancy Datalicious Korea. These two companies were rebranded to merge with MightyHive. Media consultancy MightyHive was bought over by S4 Capital in December 2018, and aims to strengthen analytics capabilities, add talent and expand global footprint with the new merger of two companies.
