Landor & Fitch names new general managers for HK and China

Global brand transformation company Landor & Fitch has appointed Juanita Zhang (pictured right) and Peggy Hon (pictured left) as general manager of China and Hong Kong respectively in the midst of the rising demand for transformation among brands in the region.

The duo will head up a team of diverse and dynamic senior leadership and creative talents across Landor & Fitch’s studios in mainland China and Hong Kong to drive a new level of strategic growth for Landor & Fitch in Greater China while elevating Landor & Fitch’s unique position and brand transformation capabilities to sustain business momentum in the region. Meanwhile, Doris Ho, managing director of Greater China will transition to a regional role based out of Singapore.

Hon is a home-grown talent of Landor & Fitch Hong Kong with extensive strategic and creative design experience, according to the release. She is known for transforming some of the world’s most iconic brands for clients including Procter & Gamble, Starbucks, Pernod Ricard, and Huawei. Building on her strength in brand strategy and innovation. Hon has delivered effective and powerful brand solutions for Chow Tai Fook, Swire, Hong Kong Ocean Park, Welab Bank and the Hong Kong Jockey Club.

Zhang brings many years of experience in leading brand transformation projects for clients in the automotive, grocery, financial service, hospitality, consumer goods, internet of things (IoT) and technology space, across core disciplines of brand, digital and retail design.

Her strong commercial sense and deep understanding of the Chinese consumers has enabled her to develop impactful transformation strategy and brand-led experience for her past clients including BMW, LEGO, OPPO, LYNK&CO, ByteDance, Walmart, Huami and Bestseller Group.
