WPP's brand consultancies Landor and FITCH are now grouped under one entity named Landor & FITCH. In a statement to Marketing, group CEO Jane Geraghty, said since January 2019, FITCH has been part of the Landor family under her stewardship. The decision to bring the businesses closer together was driven by the demand from clients to access a broader brand and design capability more simply, she explained.
According to her, the Landor and FITCH teams have since been working more closely together with clients to deliver an end-to-end brand experience. "In 2020, we will be maintaining the Landor and FITCH brands, working independently on a number of clients, and we expect our collaboration to gain more momentum as clients see the benefit of the partnership," Geraghty said.
To that end, the new entity will be co-locating in markets where both brands have offices and it will operate as a single team for clients that want the full breadth of the group's capability. Both Landor and FITCH will continue to provide the services they always have and when it works best for clients, the new entity Landor & FITCH will provide and end-to-end offer, Nick Foley (pictured), president, Southeast Asia Pacific and Japan, Landor & FITCH confirmed to Marketing.
At at regional level, Foley explained that individuals like himself now have responsibility for both Landor & FITCH. Meanwhile, there will be no change at local office level to leadership. Evonne Chung will remain managing director, Landor Singapore; Thomas Sutton will remain county director, Landor Indonesia; and Simon Bell will continue to helm the role of managing director, FITCH Singapore.
Landor also has offices in Thailand, China, the US, Middle East and Africa. Meanwhile, FITCH has offices in Hong Kong, China, India, US, UK and the Middle East.
