FALCON's co-founder Daniel Endres (pictured) is stepping down from his role to spend more time with his family, five years after founding the agency together with co-founder Max Scheichenost. This comes after the successful transition of former managing director of Singapore Kelvin Koo to regional CEO in October 2018.Endres will remain on the board as a member and actively contribute towards FALCON's expansion into Europe, particularly in the areas of international partnerships, new business acquisition and governance. He currently has no further plans and will move back to Europe. During his time at FALCON, Endres oversaw the agency's day-to-day operations and its clients, and was also responsible for leading flagship clients such as Renault and Siemens when the agency first launched in 2014.In a statement to A+M, Endres said "it has been an amazing journey" and he is "immensely grateful" for the clients who have trusted the agency and continue to do so, as well as its "amazing team" which makes FALCON what it is. He also thanked partners, investors and friends who have helped FALCON grow."I am even more grateful to Scheichenost and Koo, whose capable hands I am leaving the agency in - they are partners, friends and amazing powerhouses. I will move back to Europe, but remain on FALCON’s board and leave a bit of my heart in Asia," he said.Koo took over the day-to-day operations of the agency last October and is currently responsible for growing the business. Scheichenost told A+M that Koo was instrumental in acquiring new clients such as Matahari, Brotzeit and PaperOne."Koo started to take over the work of both Endres and myself since last October when we promoted him to regional CEO, and has successfully proven to continue and enhance our culture and grow our core business," he added.Meanwhile, Scheichenost is primarily focusing on new ventures, such as its eCommerce company Sén Natural which was launched in November last year, and new revenue streams from its holding company FALCON Digital. Sén Natural was conceptualised early in September 2018 and launched within six weeks. Scheichenost told A+M previously that the company was launched to "prove the agency's mettle" to handle end-to-end digital marketing and branding and getting positive return on advertising investment. First launched in Singapore, the company is currently focusing on the beauty and cosmetics industry.Last September, its former partner and managing director in Malaysia Jordan Chua stepped down, handing over the role to Elwin Tan. In June 2018, the agency also shifted its headquarters from Malaysia to Singapore due to the “exponential growth” of FALCON in Singapore since July 2016. The regional senior leadership currently resides in Singapore. Among the list of clients FALCON has worked with include Renault, L’Oréal, Canon, Cold Storage, Deliveroo, Guardian and Genting Rewards Alliance.[Digital Marketing Asia Conference 2019 in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia is coming back for it’s fourth year. ‘Moving Towards A Smart Nation’ will be this year’s theme with speakers from the civil service and private sector.
