Dentsu Aegis merges Gyro and Band Interprise in APAC

Dentsu Aegis Network’s global business-to-business (B2B) agency – Gyro has merged with Band Interprise to create a new full-service B2B agency servicing APAC, the Middle East and Africa.Globally, Gyro is 700 creative minds spread across 16 offices and five continents, and is the only B2B agency that offers the total integration of creative, media, data, channel marketing, sales enablement and technology solutions for B2B marketers. gyro was acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network in July 2016, while Band Interprise, which has 14 years’ experience in APAC, was acquired in December 2015.Nick Waters, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network APAC, said: “Consolidating our B2B agency brands is an intergrated approach to creating a unique offering.
