WeChat Pay Hong Kong has joined hands with JLL Hong Kong and Kai Shing Management Services respectively, allowing users to pay property management fees at all buildings and estates under their respective management.
Starting from 1 August 2022, WeChat Pay HK users can utilise a one-stop-shop service by inputting the e-bill number and paying their management fees directly through the app. After registration, WeChat Pay HK users can pay their property managements fees anytime, anywhere and without the need to repeatedly input the e-bill number. Registered users will also receive monthly payment reminders to reduce the chance of penalty charges while property management companies can minimise resources and manpower.
In a conversation with MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, WeChat Pay HK is excited to expand its network of management fees-payment option across Hong Kong. This is the first partnership between WeChat Pay HK with JLL and Kai Shing respectively.
Daniel Hong, vice president of Tencent Financial Technology, said: "ePayment has become an irreplaceable part of HongKongers' daily spending. WeChat Pay Hong Kong strives to meet the needs of our users with a seamless and cashless payment experience. We are happy to partner with JLL and Kai Shing Management Services to expand our network of property management fees payment option. We hope to recruit more property management companies not only to make the lives of users easier, but also help streamline the day-to-day operation of our partner companies."
Chung Chi-Hung, head of property management at JLL in Hong Kong, said: "With digital transformation, innovation and sustainability in mind, JLL Hong Kong aims to offer premium and thoughtful services to our clients. Our partnership with WeChat Pay HK allows for more convenient e-services to our users. We are actively strengthening our property management services and resource allocation to enhance our services."
Kevin Chu, deputy managing director at Kai Shing Management Services, said: "Our mantra is ‘We Serve You Best’. We hope to bring the best property management services to our customers with innovative technology. We are glad to join hands with WeChat Pay HK to offer a safer and more convenient payment platform to our users while reducing our in-house resources and chances of human error. We look forward to exploring more applications in the digital field."
JLL Hong Kong and Kai Shing Management Services are leading property management companies in Hong Kong. Currently, they are managing over 110,000 units while 44 buildings are managed by JLL Hong Kong and 111 buildings are managed by Kai Shing.
