ECommerce solution agency SmartOSC has partnered with regional martech company Antsomi to bolster the level of service they provide to their clients. Under the partnership, SmartOSC will become Antsomi's global reseller, mainly focusing on the growing APAC market. The two companies will work together to help their clients by providing an end-to-end omnichannel retail solution powered by a customer data platform. The core of such a solution is Antsomi CDP 365, a customer data platform software that unifies multiple data sources to create a 360-degree customer view and provide customers with an omnichannel experience.
At the same time, ASUS Singapore has appointed the companies for their omnichannel retail solution. SmartOSC has been providing eCommerce solutions to ASUS since 2018, and the company will now onboard Antsomi CDP 365 to provide the omnichannel experience to their customers. ASUS Singapore has chosen the pair to empower its business offering by unifying and activating its customer data via multiple channels, including online and offline.
The latest partnership between SmartOSC and Antsomi will allow the former to continue building data-driven eCommerce solutions and comprehensive digital transformation for its clients. According to SmartOSC, Antsomi CDP 365 will be "an excellent additional tech stack" to enrich its offerings, particularly in omnichannel customer experience and marketing orchestration. At the same time, the partnership will allow Antsomi to access SmartOSC's client base, covering key markets in Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand
Serm Teck Choon, co-founder and CEO of Antsomi, said he hopes the partnership can empower its clients with omnichannel marketing solutions, particularly from data unification, data activation, and marketing automation standpoints.
Meanwhile, Eddie Teng, ASUS Singapore's head of marketing (system) and digital business manager, said that enhancing its 360-degree customer view and enriching the company's customer data with the Antsomi CDP 365 meant that it can give every customer the most meaningful and personalised treatment.
Separately, Matahari Department Store appointed SmartOSC to support its eCommerce growth last year. SmartOSC's co-founder and CEO, Thai Son Nguyen, told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE that the agency is responsible for implementing a quick omni-channel minimum viable product, using the enterprise technologies including commerce experience platform, CRM and loyalty.
