Communication services agency Redhill has launched a new "Employee Stock Ownership Plan" (ESOP). The programme prioritises employee engagement and focuses on continued investment in their success.
Effective from 1 May 2024, the first tranche is open to all current employees who have been with the firm for at least three years.
The programme also comes in time for the agency's tenth anniversary in business, according to Redhill president, Manisha Seewal.

"This year marks our tenth anniversary in business, symbolising our remarkable international expansion. As we celebrate this milestone, we prioritise rewarding our employees who have journeyed with us," said Seewal.
"The introduction of our ESOP plan reflects our dedication to empowering every employee through collective ownership and further strengthening client relationships. Regardless of rank, all employees will receive ESOPs, embodying our belief in the strength of collective ownership."
Currently, Redhill has over 200 team members spanning across 20 countries including Australia, Japan, China, Southeast Asia, India, the Middle East, Europe and Americas.
"The ESOP plan is a strategic move to attract and retain talent, solidifying our position as a truly global communications agency," added Seewal.
In 2022, Redhill acquired Vision Strategy Storytelling (VS Story) as part of the agency's efforts to further strengthen its sustainability offerings to meet its clients' rising needs.
Founded in 2016, VS Story champions the global movement towards an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economy.
In addition, VS Story extended Redhill’s sustainability arm providing creative visual storytelling solutions centred around social impact and sustainability for the agency and its clients.
