Publicis Communications China promotes Brian Ng to chief experience officer

Publicis Communications China has promoted Brian Ng to chief experience officer while retaining his role as chief strategy officer of Digitas and Sapient China.

In his new role, Ng will be responsible for driving the digital strategy offering and digital marketing for creative agencies under Publicis Groupe, designing clients' integrated customer experience across touchpoints and digital-first marketing techniques in several aspects, including digital ecosystem planning, CRM, digital transformation, and social media. Meanwhile, Ng will continue to lead Digitas and Sapient China’s digital strategy, manage end-to-end planning from content to user experience.

Ng will report directly to Arto Hampartsoumian, managing partner and executive chairman of Publicis Groupe China. As an expert in integrating his knowledge with digital techniques to achieve results in digital user experience, Ng boasts over 18 years in brand experience as well as digital and marketing strategy, joining Publicis Groupe China in 2016 and has been leading its strategy team to provide clients with integrated marketing, digitalisation, and social media strategies.

He worked with notable clients before such as Huawei global, HONOR global, Genesis, Tiktok, Mondelez and Universal Studio Beijing.

In the new role, I will drive the integrated strategy offering based on data and digital marketing, bringing forward innovative marketing, media-inspired creative and personalised customer connection in the new platform world," Ng said.
