Prompt, a new creative marketing agency, has launched in Malaysia with a focus on integrating content and commerce strategies to enhance market engagement. The agency asserts its partnerships with businesses aim for deeper integration of these strategies.

Unlike typical offerings, Prompt states its approach to content covers more than social media and digital videos. It includes brand design, communication strategy, and company nomenclature, which are intended for startups and existing businesses looking for brand updates or overhauls.

On the commerce front, Prompt aids in implementing and optimizing digital marketing channels for business growth, bolstered by the support of Lizard Global, a digital agency noted for creating custom web experiences and software.

Jeremy Raes, co-founder & CEO of Lizard Global, said, “We saw an opportunity in branding and marketing with Prompt to better communicate and make our products accessible to suitable audiences.”

Prompt's leadership includes experienced figures such as CEO Gabb Agapito, who brings more than 15 years in diverse industries including Consumer Care and FinTech. Recognised for his work with notable brands such McDonald's and Coca-Cola, Agapito, along with CCO Rocio Abanes and CCO Halina Santiago, brings significant expertise to the agency.

Agapito said, “By combining our creative and media experience with Lizard Global’s capabilities, we aim to drive our clients’ success and competitive positioning.”

The agency has already contributed to launching Malaysia’s first padel and social club, ASCARO, and co-created the REDLINE fitness event. According to Oscar Arrsjö, CEO of ASCARO, Prompt's involvement was invaluable, establishing them as a key partner. Similarly, Callum Meehan from REDLINE Fitness acknowledged their role in the brand's impactful launch.

Globally, Prompt has expanded by rebranding TNS clinics in Cyprus and aiding in the launch of a beauty platform in Qatar. The agency plans to expand its team in Malaysia to manage the increasing client demand.
