Logistics company Ninja Van Malaysia has released a heartwarming music video in celebration of Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

The video narrates the story of how a Ninja Van Malaysia rider's life took a positive turn from a fateful encounter with his future love during one of his deliveries. It also unravels the joys and sorrows that his job entails.

In the video, a young delivery rider meets a cute female customer while working. The two eventually fall in love and start a family together. The music video later brings viewers to the future when the man, now older, is surrounded by his children and grandchildren, but sits alone without his beloved.

Throughout the video, glimpses of his life are shown, capturing Ninja Van's constant presence as a steadfast companion in his life, ensuring every delivery is complete and that riders feel valued just like they would in a family.

“While Ninja Van Malaysia is well-known for our meticulous parcel handling and hassle-free deliveries, we wish to extend our gratitude beyond shippers and businesses and shine the spotlight on our hardworking riders who are our unsung heroes. We hope to spread the message that focuses on familial love, gratitude to loved ones," said Low Vway Huan, head of marketing at Ninja Van Malaysia.

"Similar to a family that sticks together through thick and thin, we would like to showcase Ninja Van Malaysia’s unwavering support to our delivery riders, a commitment that never wavers, come rain or shine," Low added.

The video is set to the background of exuberant hip hop music, performed by DJ Fuzz and stars Fimie Don and Ayunie Rizal as the Ninja Van delivery rider and his love interest respectively.

“Selecting the right talents for our video was paramount during our planning stage. In the end, we felt that collaborating with Fimie Don was a natural decision, given his acting prowess and popularity among the youth. His on-set demeanour also complemented Ayunie Rizal's enchanting presence, adding a melodious blend to our visual narrative and contributing to the video's overall success,” said Low.

Last year, Ninja Van rolled out Public Relations-as-a-Service (PRaaS) for businesses shipping with Ninja Van in Malaysia. PRaaS is available on Ninja Rewards, a loyalty programme and it joins the existing suite of value-added services that Ninja Van rolled out in Malaysia.

Throughout the years, Ninja Van Malaysia has introduced various products and services to help shippers grow their businesses. One of its latest products is the newly launched Ninja Biz, an app tailor-made to allow shippers to access their accounts and deliveries on the go.
