Magnolia, a global player in digital experience platform, has opened its first office in Hong Kong. As part of its Asia growth strategy, this expansion comes just less than six months after its Indonesian office launch. This move will expand the company's existing efforts in the Asia Pacific region, strengthen strategic partnerships, establish operations, and accelerate Magnolia's expansion in the region.

The new office adds to Magnolia’s presence in Asia, with six existing offices in Singapore, Ho Chi Minh, Jakarta, Bangkok, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. Some of Magnolia’s clients within the region include Toshiba, HiSense, NCS Group, CNN Philippines and SP Group.

“We are delighted to announce the launch of our Hong Kong office. With a local office, we can take a step up in supporting our domestic and regional clients based in Hong Kong, the Magnolia way,” said Don Lee, managing director of Magnolia APAC.

Ben Chen, vice president of consulting APAC and country manager of Hong Kong, added, “There is no better time to set up operations in Hong Kong than now. Opening a local office here also provides us the invaluable opportunity to work even more closely with our partners to support our Hong Kong clients such as Livi Bank, SmarTone, Ping An, and many others.”

When Magnolia opened two new offices in Shenzhen and Bangkok, its MD, APAC Don Lee also told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE that the company is planning to enter the Malaysia market in 2022.

Earlier in March this year, Magnolia opened its new office in Jakarta. The launch came as the platform looked to deepen its presence in the APAC region. To coincide with the opening, Magnolia has also launched its first Indonesian website to meet the growing demands for best-of-breeds enterprise content management systems and composable DXP solutions in the region.

As a digital experience software company, Magnolia touts its ability to help brands outsmart their competition through better customer experiences and faster digital transformation projects. It also claims to have an Asia-centric approach to complex project customisations, as well as being cloud-agnostic. Some of Magnolia’s clients within the region include Toshiba, HiSense, Ping An, NCS Group, Smartone, CNN Philippines and SP Group.
