Digital experience platform (DXP) Magnolia has opened its new office in Jakarta. The launch comes as the platform looks to deepen its presence in the APAC region. To coincide with the opening, Magnolia has also launched its first Indonesian website to meet the growing demands for best-of-breeds enterprise content management systems and composable DXP solutions in the region.
Don Lee, managing director, APAC at Magnolia, said that setting up operations in Indonesia was part of its plans in early 2021 as it is a market that will require “highly localised resources and consultancy, the Magnolia way”. “With the new office, we believe it will open up major opportunities for Magnolia and customers as more brands in Indonesia are evaluating digital tools that help them bolt-on, and fully leverage, their expanding marketing ecosystems,” he added. MARKETING-INTERACTIVE has reached out to Magnolia for comment.
As a digital experience software company, Magnolia touts its ability to help brands outsmart their competition through better customer experiences and faster digital transformation projects. It also claims to have an Asia-centric approach to complex project customisations, as well as being cloud-agnostic. Some of Magnolia’s clients within the region include Toshiba, HiSense, Ping An, NCS Group, Smartone, CNN Philippines and SP Group.
Magnolia currently has offices in Singapore, Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh, as well as in Shenzhen and Bangkok, which were both opened in April last year. These come as Magnolia looks to expand its offering of content management and digital experience technologies for the rapidly growing APAC digital market.
