Louis Vuitton has appointed Natalie Lee (pictured) as vice president of omnichannel and client development, effective from January 2025.
Reporting to Marco Comazzi, South Asia president of Louis Vuitton, Lee will oversee the brand’s client development and omnichannel across South Asia Pacific.
She is also responsible for looking after data, e-retail, client services and omnichannel projects across seven markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia as well as India, Australia and New Zealand.
With 20 years of experience in the luxury and fashion industry, Lee has a proven track record of growing new businesses, building high-performing teams, and establishing strong customer relationships across diverse markets.
Most recently as general manager of APAC and Japan of YOOX Net-A-Porter, Lee was in charge of business strategy, PR, marketing, personal shopping, client relations, operations of APAC. Prior to that, she was VP of APAC at Vestiaire Collective, leading the apac region with a full P&L ownership. She had also helmed the role of director of fashion category at Korea-based Coupang.
Most recently, Louis Vuitton has partnered with Formula 1, building on its previous collaboration with Automobile Club de Monaco for the Formula 1 Grand Prix de Monaco from 2021 to 2024. The new partnership in sporting history is fueled by a shared commitment to excellence between the brand and the world of racing, in a pursuit that drives artisans and engineers beyond their limits and celebrates triumphant human stories.

Back in January, Louis Vuitton unveiled an experiential Murakami pop-up in Singapore, an exclusive activation in the Southeast Asia region to celebrate the reedition collection between the brand and Takashi Murakami.
From 4 January to 19 January, a historic shophouse at 72 Joo Chiat Place was transformed into four distinct zones, including a retail space, cinema, care station and cafe.
The pop-up was designed to blend retail, dining and culture, offering visitors an immersive experience into the world of Louis Vuitton x Murakami. The design of the minimalist and modular spaces took inspiration from Tokyo's modular hotels. The recreated cinema showcased a kaleidoscopic imaginary journey into the past, the Superflat Monogram Film (first released in 2003) and the Superflat First Love film (first released in 2009) by Takashi Murakami have been remastered in commemoration of the artist’s re-edition collection.
