Sands China has launched the first phase of The Londoner Macao, a new integrated resort that will open progressively throughout 2021. 

During the opening ceremony on 8 February, Sands China unveiled the Crystal Palace lobby. Designed in classic Victorian style, the glass and iron atrium features a 33-metre-high stained-glass ceiling that allows sunlight to penetrate during the day, while also offering a panoramic view of the night sky after dark. Victorian-era lampposts line the patterned dark marble floor, whose centrepiece is the full-scale Shaftesbury Memorial Fountain featuring Anteros, the god of requited love in Greek mythology. the londoner macao entertainmentIn addition to the Crystal Palace, the first-phase launch features new dining options, interactive London-themed attractions, and the opening of The Londoner Hotel, an all-suite tower featuring approximately 600 luxury suites. The hotel’s top two floors incorporate 14 Macao’s first celebrity-designed hotel rooms Suites by David Beckham, who is also Sands Resorts Macao's global ambassador. 

These suites will be launched later in 2021.

Representing an investment of US$1.9 billion, The Londoner Macao will introduce additional integrated resort offerings progressively throughout 2021, including the Suites by David Beckham; Londoner Court, a luxury residential-style all-suite hotel; the rethemed Shoppes at Londoner; and the Londoner Arena.the londoner macao exterior“We believe The Londoner Macao, like The Venetian and The Parisian before it, will become an instant, iconic landmark in Macao," said Wilfred Wong, president of Sands China.
