Global carry essentials brand, LOJEL, has showcased its long-standing sustainability efforts through an exhibition, as part of its anniversary campaign “35 Years with LOJEL: A journey through time.”
The move marks the second exhibition at the brand’s Flagship Experience Hub since the location’s grand opening in April 2024. For the first time ever, LOJEL is inviting consumers to explore its collection of original LOJEL products from the 1990s to the 2000s, showcasing the transformation and growth it has experienced over the past 35 years.
Taking place at the Fashion Walk Flagship Experience Hub from 20 September until 5 November, the exhibition showcases LOJEL’s evolution from a local business to a global brand and underscores its unwavering commitment to sustainability, innovation, and mindful movement.
It also highlights how LOJEL’s products, such as the recently upgraded Cubo collection—which now uses 50% recycled materials—contribute to mindful movement and sustainable travel solutions.
“We hope to display LOJEL products from the 90s to the 00s, showcasing their history and milestones over the past 35 years. At the same time, we aim to inform the public about their efforts in sustainability across various aspects. This initiative is intended to increase brand love and awareness,” said LOJEL’s spokesperson in a conversation with MARKETING-INTERACTIVE.
Attendees will have the unique opportunity to explore how the brand has consistently evolved and adapted to meet the needs of travellers and their movement over generations of unique journeys.
As part of the campaign, LOJEL has partnered with Club Med, a sustainable travel brand committed to promoting eco-friendly tourism, to host the "35 years with LOJEL: A journey through time" photography contest.
Winners will receive a premium all-inclusive resort getaway for two, offering a fun and sustainable travel experience while raising awareness of environmental protection. A joint panel from LOJEL and Club Med will select the winning entries.
Customers who spend over HK$2,000 at any LOJEL store in Hong Kong from 25 September to 5 November will receive a redemption voucher. Customers can redeem their voucher on 5 October and 12 October for a travel journal featuring a personalised portrait by Hong Kong artist @dear__project hand-drawn on-site.
"Sustainability is not something we consider a tool to differentiate ourselves, but rather something that should be built into the core substance of our brand and organisation,” said An Chieh Chiang, CEO of LOJEL.
