Libresse Malaysia picks creative partner

 Hygiene products manufacturer Vinda Group has appointed Havas Immerse to manage creative and integrated brand communications duties for its feminine care brand, Libresse, following a pitch.

The agency is responsible for strengthening Libresse’s position as a progressive brand that takes a bold stance on V-zone matters, as well as craft meaningful ways to express its brand values for Malaysian consumers. Havas Immerse’s spokesperson told A+M that work is expected to roll out in January 2020 but did not comment on the length of appointment. Libresse previously worked with BBDO.

Vinda Group SEA’s MD, Evelyn Chan, said the team at Havas Immerse demonstrated “a solid understanding of [the] brand” as well as a passion to narrate its story fearlessly that complemented the agency’s integrated offering of creative excellence and digital prowess.

“We are looking forward to the partnership and confident that the resulting brand communication will strike a chord with our consumers and engage them meaningfully,’’ she added.

Meanwhile, the agency’s chief creative officer, Kerry Khoo, said it was the sheer effort of its team members who had similar beliefs with the brand. “They channelled these beliefs and values passionately into the work. I believe it shows, and the brand felt it too, and we are extremely excited to embark on this new journey with Libresse,” he added.
