A new creative force has emerged in the Philippines with the launch of Lennon Group, a social good agency founded by industry veterans Raymund Sison, Rizza Garcia, Alan Fontanilla, and Miguel Co.

The agency is dedicated to using creativity as a catalyst for positive change, aiming to redefine the role of creatives in addressing real-world challenges.

Headquartered in Manila, Lennon Group brings together a team of marketing strategists, creative communicators, and impact-driven professionals who believe in harnessing creativity to drive transformation for businesses, communities, and society at large.

"Anything that strives to improve the life of Filipinos, we're there. Lennon Group imagines a better nation and aligns its creative ambitions with local and national goals," the company said in a social media post.

Sison also takes on the role of creative chief. He has 19 years of expertise in creative communications, branding, and digital strategy, working with global brands, Filipino household names, local startups, non-profits, and NGOs, the company stated.

He has produced "a body of work that has been recognised in creative festivals around the world, and has consistently championed creativity, purpose and impact," it added.

Meanwhile, Garcia steps in as executive creative director, bringing experience from BBDO Guerrero, Publicis JimenezBasic, and edtech firm Edukasyon.ph. "From branding an entire country to putting side streets in augmented reality, [Garcia's] work is pretty hard to miss," the company said.

Fontanilla, currently head of marketing at Packworks, has led brand communications across the Philippines, China, and Indonesia. With a background in advertising at Lowe, he spearheaded campaigns for Knorr and Alaska Milk, focusing on social impact and MSME growth. Fontanilla takes on the role of COO of Lennon Group.

Finally, Co has 16 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, audit, and governance. He has held key roles at AIG, EY GDS, and Oracle NetSuite, leading security and risk management initiatives. Co steps in as both CFO and CTO of Lennon Group.

The agency takes its name from John Lennon, a creative visionary who left an enduring mark on the world. This inspiration is reflected in its branding, which subtly references iconic Beatles visuals and aligns with key cultural moments, such as International Beatles Day.

Lennon Group seeks to reshape talent engagement with a flexible model that values impact over structure, enabling individuals to contribute based on their strengths. It also integrates technology and strategy to drive innovation at the intersection of humanity and creativity.

The agency's scope of work spans various sectors, including healthcare, financial literacy, sustainability, education, women's rights, arts and culture, and nation-building.
