JCDecaux Transport promotes Ray Lee to GM for HK and Macau

JCDecaux Transport Hong Kong and Macau has promoted Ray Lee to general manager, overseeing the business of Hong Kong MTR and Airport Express advertising.

In his new role, Lee will lead the full MTR and Airport Express sales teams to deliver an unrivalled customer experience and drive positive business outcomes for the company and our clients.

Lee will continue to report to Shirley Chan, managing director of JCDecaux Transport Hong Kong and Macau. Chan said: “Congratulations to Ray on the promotion. His outstanding leadership and distinct insight make him good move for this strategic management role. We are excited that he will bring an exponential growth to the company.”

Lee is a highly accomplished and committed business leader with extensive experience in outdoor and online media in advertising industry for more than 22 years. In 2022, he had accomplished numerous fantastic OOH digital and O2O (online-to-offline) advertising campaigns with different clients and he also played a key role in the full launch of the programmatic digital out-of-home (pDOOH) offering of MTR advertising, helping the company achieve an important milestone.

Back in July last year, Lee was appointed as head of digital and programmatic of JCDecaux Transport, overseeing the Hong Kong MTR digital vision sales team for the sales and marketing of MTR digital media networks and zones, including brand new programmatic digital buy in the market. Lee (pictured) is responsible for fostering client relationships and assisting the management in executing the company’s digital strategy.
