Nicholas Goh, former head of digital marketing at INTI International University and Colleges, has joined Abbott Nutrition Malaysia as head of digital marketing and CRM. In his new role, Goh (pictured) will be responsible for the company's digital acceleration and improving its CRM ecosystem. He reports to marketing director Lee Lim Meng, who currently oversees 18 individuals.

Goh spent six years with INTI. Before taking on a client-side role, Goh was with MEC (now known as Wavemaker Malaysia) and GroupM. Goh told A+M that having been part of the team that manages a CRM ecosystem in his previous role, he is certainly able to relate his experience and help the Abbott team and business to drive digital acceleration.

"CRM is a mix of art and science through the use of technology. Having a deep understanding of your consumers through insights is one thing, but having a deep and meaningful relationship with your consumers and engaging with them constantly is the always the ultimate goal," he explained.

Meanwhile, Lee said she aims to focus on delivering better products and services to Abbott's consumers in a way that is relevant in this challenging and changing time. She added that wellness and healthy living are changing the way consumers purchase its products. Consumers, according to her, are also seeking out credible products. As such, quality over quantity always matters. Separately, Lee joined the team in March last year after three years with L'Oreal Malaysia.
