Etika's VP of marketing Santharuban Sundaram takes on added responsibilities

Etika has named VP of marketing Santharuban Thurai Sundaram (pictured) to the role of senior vice president marketing and alternate business, according to his LinkedIn. He will be reporting to the CEO of Etika Holdings – Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. He was previously the VP of marketing since April 2017 and prior to that, group marketing manager from June 2013 to April 2017 at Etika. He has also worked at Celcom Axiata as head of communications and planning, group digital services, and was previously with Etika as senior brand manager from 2007 to 2011 when it was then known as Permanis. During his time there, he oversaw the launch of a few key brands such as Mountain Dew and Revive. Meanwhile, Sundaram started off at WOW FM as an A&P executive, before moving to ntv7, where he was brand manager for four years, handling special projects, namely Deal or No Deal Malaysia edition. Etika currently works with Entropia, Dentsu LHS, Naga DDB and M&C Saatchi.
