Australian digital content agency Cartelux has appointed Starcom’s former managing director Patrick Doble as general manager for APAC.
This new role is part of Cartelux’s plan to expand the scope of its globally scalable videos. Responsible for Cartelux’s clients across the region, Doble will be splitting his time across APAC.
Speaking of his appointment, Doble added, “I’m excited to be on the journey with Cartelux as we scale and innovate our product, platform, and people. The trajectory of the business is amazing, however, we are under no illusion as to the task ahead to truly unleash our product and people globally.”
Doble brings 20 years of senior media agency experience to the role, including heading offices and managing multi-national client relationships across multiple segments and regions. He spent the past eight years in China, where he served as managing director at Publicis Media’s Starcom. Prior to that, he held business director roles with Starcom Mediavest Group (Australia) and Mindshare.
“Doble brings deep international experience across APAC, including over eight years of experience on the ground in China, working with some of the world’s most valuable brands in the globe’s second-largest advertising market, and across the region generally. His incredibly client-centric approach makes him an excellent cultural fit for our company,” said Josh Williams, founder and CEO of Cartelux.
