BTS celebrates 10th anniversary on TikTok with slew of exclusive new content

Social media video-sharing app, TikTok is collaborating with South Korean pop boyband, BTS for their 10th anniversary FESTA (2023 BTS FESTA).
TikTok will be celebrating the band’s major milestone through a series of events and campaigns, including a #10yrswithBTS hashtag challenge and a community-created compilation video so members of the band can connect with their fans.
Additionally, TikTok will be supporting the release of BTS' forthcoming new single Take Two in its music hub, where the band will be posting exclusive footage celebrating their decade as a group, as well as a special message to fans.
Isabel Quinteros, the global lead of music partnerships at TikTok said that she is proud that TikTok can be utilised as the platform for BTS' fans around the world to gather to connect, showcase their creativity, and celebrate BTS as a community.
BTS has been established in the music scene since 2013 and has risen to become one of the biggest bands in the world.

BTS continues to surpass its own records. Since joining TikTok in 2019, BTS instantly became the fastest account to reach one million followers in the platform’s history (in merely 13 hours).
It now has over 59.9 million global fans, is the most followed TikTok account in Korea and is currently the most searched-for music artist on TikTok worldwide.
The news comes just after it was announced that South Korean rapper, songwriter, producer and BTS star Suga was appointed as NBA's new ambassador.
As an ambassador, Suga will also engage NBA fans around the world through the remainder of the 2022-23 NBA season and beyond. Suga will participate in several league initiatives that will be featured on the NBA’s and his personal social media channels, including attending NBA games and events in the US and Asia, and participating in the league’s promotional activities.
NBA is thrilled to join forces with Suga– a superstar musician, fashion icon, and passionate NBA fan, said NBA deputy commissioner and chief operating officer Mark Tatum.
“We look forward to working with Suga to bring the same excitement he engenders from his global fanbase in support of our continued efforts to grow our brand," Tatum added.
