apm creates Christmas aurora town to boost festive vibes

To celebrate the joyous winter holidays, Sun Hung Kai Properties' flagship shopping mall, apm, has transformed into a "Christmas Aurora Town" in collaboration with Eastern European illustrator Zhenya Tkach.  

Drawing inspiration from the vibrant culture of the Arctic, the mall features a dreamy 3,000 square feet aurora snowland where visitors can explore various photo spots guided by Tkach's Eskimo family and Arctic animal friends.  

These spots include the "Eskimo Snowy Christmas Town," "Warm and Dreamy Traditional Mansion," "Immersive Aurora Adventure," and "Christmas Arctic Skiing Challenge". Join us on an unforgettable journey through this snowy wonderland and celebrate a unique and exotic Christmas together! 

Checkpoint 1: Eskimo snowy Christmas town 

Welcome everyone to join the enthusiastic Eskimo family and Arctic animal friends as they become tour guides, taking you on an exploration of the Arctic Christmas Town! The town is beautifully adorned with festive Christmas. Visitors can capture unforgettable moments with sea lions and sled dogs, creating an immersive experience that will take you to the Eskimo's enchanting winter kingdom! 

Checkpoint 2: Warm and dreamy traditional mansion 

In the Arctic Christmas Town, make sure not to miss the opportunity to capture beautiful photos with the traditional snow architecture! The stunning mansion, where the Eskimo family resides, comes to life amidst the snow-covered surroundings.

The architecture, constructed entirely with stacked wood, faithfully imitates the design of traditional Eskimo houses. Stepping into the living room, you will find classic leather armchair and sofa along with festive decorations, creating a cozy and authentic atmosphere for living in the snow-covered country!  

Checkpoint 3: Immersive aurora adventure 

After exploring the grand mansion, visitors will come across a specially designed glass cabin that is truly one-of-a-kind. Inside the cabin, there is a viewing area where visitors can sit and gaze through the window at an oversized LED curved screen that spans over 10 meters.  

This unique setup allows you to fully immerse yourself in the enchanting and ever-changing aurora lights, providing a precious experience that makes you feel as if you were in a snowy country. With this brand-new visual experience, you can enjoy the breath-taking beauty of nature without being affected by the weather.  

Checkpoint 4: Christmas Arctic skiing challenge 

A visit to the Arctic snowy Town would be incomplete without experiencing skiing! The mall features a special training area for Arctic skiing, allowing everyone to become skilled skiers. Visitors can hold the ski poles, step onto the simulated skiing balance board, and navigate through the vast mountains and ice-covered landscapes, experiencing the thrill of speeding through the Arctic snowfields. It's an incredibly exciting and fun activity! 

Moreover, family and friends can cheer for the participants from the spectator area, creating a warm and lively atmosphere.
