Hong Kong-based automotive group Zung Fu has unveiled an experience centre at Hopewell Mall, Wan Chai, to promote electric vehicles (EVs) in the region.
This initiative is part of Zung Fu's strategy to boost EV adoption, responding to increased consumer interest in sustainable transportation along with rising environmental awareness and technological advancements.
Spanning 7,000 square feet in Hopewell Mall, the centre operates as Zung Fu’s inaugural group-style automotive showroom, providing a platform for visitors to engage with EV technology.
It offers consultations for both new and seasoned drivers on the benefits and technical facets of EVs, alongside practical advice on usage and charging solutions. Test drives are available for firsthand experience.
Zung Fu aims to educate the public and stimulate Hong Kong's EV market growth through the centre. It features vehicles from Zung Fu’s dealership brands including smart, DENZA, and Hyundai, and presents a range of models, including SUVs, sports cars, and luxury MPVs.
Renowned for its compact urban vehicles, the latest generation of fully electric smart car offers a flexible and eco-friendly driving option, complemented by stylish and playful designs. The collaboration between smart and BRABUS further elevates the driving experience, transforming every journey into a fashionable adventure, according to Zung Fu.
DENZA is a luxury automotive brand under the BYD Group. The brand merges modern technology with a luxurious experience, dedicated to offering premium electric vehicle choices. DENZA models not only deliver exceptional performance but also focus on creating a luxurious driving atmosphere, equipped with advanced technologies to meet the needs of business transportation and family outings.
As a global automotive brand, Hyundai is committed to innovation, practicality, and safety, emphasising the durability of its vehicles. The electric vehicle range from Hyundai is known for its innovative technology and reliability, catering to various needs, whether for daily commutes or long-distance travel.
Zung Fu plans to collaborate with industry leaders to expand the EV sector in Hong Kong and foster a sustainable urban transport environment. The company also sees the experience centre as an ideal venue for industry events, thanks to its strategic location and amenities.
Zung Fu is one of the leading automotive groups in Hong Kong and Macau. Zung Fu’s partnership with Mercedes-Benz has extended to Mercedes-Benz’s trucks and buses segment, in which Zung Fu is the general distributor in the markets.
Zung Fu Hong Kong also represents Hyundai passenger cars and commercial vehicles, as well as Foton commercial vehicles in Hong Kong.
