yuu has celebrated its strategic partnership with FWD Hong Kong by launching a game truck which will stop at various locations in the city throughout September.
The partnership aims to extend the insurance products to medical plans, where yuu members can now get all-round protection with yuu Insure. This also aims to enhance online insurance experience for yuu members.
The new partnership introduces additional medical insurance options such as Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme (VHIS), hospitalisation, critical illness as well as personal accident protection, offering a total protection for yuu members.
Members who enroll selected FWD medical plans via the yuu App will also earn a time-limited welcome offer of up to 50,000 yuu points, in addition to earning 1 yuu point for every HK$1 premium paid.
To celebrate the launch of this partnership, the “yuu Insure game truck” will be making stops at prime locations such as Quarry Bay, Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui and Mong Kok for three weekends starting 14 September.
The game truck initiative aims to generate buzz around the new partnership between yuu Insure and FWD, according to yuu's spokesperson. "This strategic approach allows us to connect with members in high-traffic areas, offering enticing yuu points as an incentive to encourage participation."
Visitors can also enjoy a fun dip in a ball pit to earn up to 10,000 yuu points. Members will have the chance to join the pop-up “yuu points giveaway” activity near the game truck and earn even more yuu points.
"The ball pit game reinforces our campaign’s key message of earning yuu points through yuu Insure, resonating strongly with a broad audience and enhancing overall appeal," added the spokesperson.

"By leveraging yuu’s CRM channels to reach mass member base, supported by on-target paid digital channels and offline activation, we ensure maximum reach and frequency," said the spokesperson.
The campaign will be promoted via through-the-line communications channels, including yuu CRM and digital platforms, including programmatic ads and SEM. social media including third-party social media and social boosters, and owned social media platforms.
