“Together with these three brands, we want to contribute to making the lives of the Indonesian people better now and in the years to come with the best quality products, in a collection of UT T-shirts with attractive and exclusive designs,” said the brand in a statement on its website.

UNIQLO fans will also be able to creatively customize their own t-shirts with a set of 18 new UTme! stickers that have been created for the collaboration.

With regard to the collaboration with instant noodle brand Indomie, UNIQLO cites that both brands share the same goal of meeting the everyday needs of Indonesian people and includes Indomie’s tagline “Indomie Seleraku” on the t-shirts.

Keeping in line with the theme of contributing to the community, on-demand service platform GoJek was chosen by UNIQLO for its dedication to those that keep up the Indonesian spirit to perform their daily routines according to a statement by GoJek.

GoJek will also offer UNIQLO shopping vouchers worth IDR50,000 for GoJek users in line with the festivities of the collaboration.

The collaboration with Indonesian herbal supplement Tolak Angin on the other hand features a cartoon cloud that attempts to blow people away to emphasise how the brand helps Indonesians overcome a number of symptoms to carry on with their routine.

Reecently, GoJek announced that GoTo Gojek Tokopedia's president director and Group CEO, Andre Soelistyo, will be stepping away from his role as CEO and will move up to a commissioner role as deputy chairman.

As a board member, Soelistyo will supervise and advise the company on its strategic direction as it progresses towards becoming adjusted EBITDA positive by the end of the year as well as for its sustainable long-term growth.
