The Ritz-Carlton Stellar Dining Series arrive in Hong Kong featuring Michelin-star chefs

The Ritz-Carlton’s Stellar Dining Series has arrived at its third station in Hong Kong, where Michelin-star chefs, mixologists and patissiers will serve guests gourmet lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and master class.The Stellar Dining Series has been designed as a celestial journey, where Michelin-star chefs, mixologists and patissiers from the hotels tour and showcase fine-dining creations across four of Asia Pacific’s cities from 1 November until 1 December. The journey has started in Singapore, then travelled through Osaka and Hong Kong, to land at Beijing as its final destination.The campaign aims to showcase the Ritz-Carlton’s culinary craftsmanship and innovation. Each destination on the four-city tour features different collaborative menus which are created by Michelin-star chefs from Hong Kong, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Singapore and Shanghai. The Stellar Dining Series allows us to take our star teams to share their creations in some of the most iconic dining destinations in the region today.”[gallery link="file" ids="242602,242597"]From 22 to 24 November, chef Paul Lau will join hands with Shintaro Miyazaki of Azure 45 from Tokyo to bring together the best of Cantonese and French cuisines, at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong.The Hong Kong event also includes cocktails masterclasses with Ozone’s master mixologist Oscar Mena and the head bartender Kentaro Wada of The Lounge and Bar from Tokyo.In an interview with Marketing, Ryde said that the hotel sees the importance of the loyalty programme, the Stellar Dining Series aims to entice existing member, as well as recruiting new loyalty member.Gold and Platinum members of the Marriott loyalty programs have the privilege to access to the early bird reservation and be the first to reserve their seats at The Stellar Dining Series in all four destinations. It also opened to the public.
