The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel is introducing a new campaign in the coming year to review its 50 years of achievements and engage further with the local community and global travellers.

Also known as “The Park Lane HK Hotel: 50 Years of Timeless Hospitality”, the campaign aims to commemorate the hotel's rich history while celebrating its present achievements. It also looks to engage with tourists and locals by connecting them with the hotel's past, present and future achievements.

Kicking off in January 2024 and continuing throughout the year, the campaign aims to strengthen partnerships with local businesses and attract new customers by highlighting the hotel's history and its contributions to the local area. 

It also targets global travellers who are seeking unique and memorable hospitality experiences, as well as tourists who appreciate a blend of history, luxury and contemporary amenities.

In a conversation with MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, a spokesperson of the hotel said the campaign utilised various marketing channels such as social media, blog articles and video content, to share captivating stories and anecdotes from the hotel's past, highlighting key milestones, iconic moments and memorable experiences with consumers. 

Special offers and packages for guests will also be introduced for guests to enjoy during the campaign period, including discounted rates, complimentary services or unique experiences that showcase the hotel's legacy and commitment to exceptional hospitality. 

Furthermore, the hotel will also collaborate with local artists, cultural institutions and tourism boards to create joint promotions or events that align with the campaign's theme. This will involve organising corporate social responsibility related activities, partnering with local artists for exhibitions or hosting themed culinary experience.

Luc Bollen, general manager of The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel, said: "This milestone anniversary is a testament to the unwavering dedication of our staff and the loyalty of our guests. We look forward to welcoming new and returning visitors as we embark on this year-long celebration, filled with memorable experiences and a renewed commitment to excellence."

Most recently, the hotel announced that it has become the official hotel partner of the Prudential Hong Kong Tennis Open 2023, as part of its effort in promoting and supporting local sports events.
