Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has collaborated with K-pop boy group GOT7's member Mark Tuan to launch travel content that captures Singapore's hidden charms.

Tuan's popularity in Southeast Asia grew after he embarked on a solo Asia tour, performing in countries such as Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand, according to the release.

The travel content, comprising cinematic videos and vlogs, showcases Tuan experiencing the sights of Singapore's signature tourist attractions, as well as experiencing various activities and cuisine, both during the day and at night.

In the cinematic video, Tuan visits Cloud Forest, S.E.A Aquarium, Haji Lane, Tanjong Beach Club, HyperDrive, Lau Pa Sat, and the Helix Bridge.

Meanwhile, the vlog introduces the various charms of Singapore, showcasing the landmarks as seen in the earlier released cinematic video. Starting with a visit to Gardens By the Bay, Tuan marvels at the impressive indoor waterfall which stands 30 meters tall and diverse tropical plants in the Cloud Forest. Then he visits to S.E.A Aquarium, where he enjoyed observing over 100,000 marine animals of more than 800 species.

The vlog also showcases Tuan visiting Haji Lane's vibrant murals and the Sultan Mosque, immersing in Singapore's cultural heritage. He also enjoys coconut drinks, beach views, thrilling indoor go-kart racing, and sampling local Singaporean delicacies such as satay at Lau Pa Sat.

The collaboration contents are available on STB's Instagram, TikTok, YouTube channel, as well as Mark Tuan's YouTube channel.

“This was a new experience exploring the fascinating attractions of Singapore, trying various activities and foods. I’d like to seize this opportunity to share these special moments of Singapore with my fans,” Tuan said.

Back in May, STB partnered renowned artist and former member of The Pussycat Dolls Nicole Scherzinger to spotlight Singapore’s iconic attractions and experiences in a new video as part of its ‘Made in Singapore’ campaign launch in Europe.

In the video, Scherzinger aims to make Singapore her runway as she fiercely catwalks across the OCBC Skyway surrounded by the Supertrees at Gardens By The Bay, the connecting bridges at Haw Par Villa and the multisensory Sentosa Sensoryscape.
