The first half of the year has seen plenty of changes in the industry. One of which includes the introduction and implementation of generative AI into workflows and processes.  

Despite Singapore's smaller AI market size, the nation shows significant growth potential in the Asia-Pacific region with 72% of marketers in Singapore having worked on or have had exposure to AI, according to a study by Google Live Marketing and Accenture where it uncovered the business impact of AI for marketing.

With responsibilities shifting thanks to the help of AI, and marketers required to upskill themselves in the use of AI, it's only natural that one may want to benchmark their salary. Thankfully, Singapore's Ministry of Manpower has released an 'occupational wages 2023' report that presents the wages of over 400 occupations. 

The data presented pertain to full-time employees and are available in terms of basic and gross wages, excluding bonuses.
