TikTok has unveiled an in-app experience and exclusive effect to celebrate singer Sabrina Carpenter's new album release, Short n' Sweet.
The in-app experience and effect, named after Carpenter's sixth studio album, will catapult fans into the world of Short 'N Sweet where they have a chance to be featured in the official fan spotlight carousel.
In addition to being featured in the fan spotlight carousel, fans who complete all five interactive tasks will be able to receive an exclusive profile frame. Users will also be able to use the singer's exclusive TikTok effect in their videos.

The five interactive tasks include following the singer, her team, adding her new single Taste to the music app, liking the singer's new exclusive TikTok and posting a video using the singer's song Please Please Please and the #ShortnSweet hashtag.
To access the experience, fans will have to search for "Short n' Sweet" or "Sabrina Carpenter" on TikTok to interact with the video anchor featured alongside Carpenter's content.
Fans who comment on a video containing the #SabrinaCarpenter or #ShortnSweet hashtag will be shown a pop-up animation that guides them to the experience too.
Currently, checks by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE revealed that the #ShortnSweet hashtag has been used on 390.2k posts.
This comes after Universal Music Group (UMG) and TikTok collaborated on a new multi-dimensional licensing agreement in May this year.
The licensing agreement taps on TikTok's global community to help UMG's artists and songwriters achieve their creative and commercial potential.
As part of the agreement, both organisations will work together to realise new monetisation opportunities utilising TikTok's growing eCommerce capabilities and will work together on campaigns supporting UMG's artists across genres and territories globally.
TikTok will also continue to invest in building artist-centric tools that will help UMG artists realise their potential on the platform. Such tools include the 'add to music app' feature, enhanced data and analytics, and integrated ticketing capabilities that will benefit artists financially and allow them to build their fanbases using TikTok's scale and engaged community.
Carpenter, is just one of the musicians under Universal Music Group. She joins a family of Universal Music Group artists such as Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, SZA and Chappel Roan amongst others.
