Resorts World Sentosa on the hunt for creative agency

Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) has launched a hunt for a creative agency for 2025, MARKETING-INTERACTIVE understands. The retainer is for a period of one year with an option to extend for another year. The first submissions will be due on 2 September and final submissions will take place on 17 September.

The agency is expected to be awarded in November after final reviews and presentations with handovers beginning right after, MARKETING-INTERACTIVE understands.
This comes on the heels of RWS picking Faye Wee as its vice president, resort marketing, according to an update on her LinkedIn page. Wee joined the firm from her role as head of innovation, design and experiences, global Tiger brand at The Heineken Company after 13 years.
RWS also named Chang Chee Pey as its new senior vice president and chief experience officer, as confirmed by RWS to MARKETING-INTERACTIVE in September last year. Chang steps into the role after spending 26 years at the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) as assistant chief executive of its marketing group.
Meanwhile, Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC) recently picked GOVT to support its creative and digital needs earlier this year, and the appointment will be valid for a period of two years with the option to extend for another three years. SDC said it was looking for a creative and digital agency that has a strong digital-first approach, covering functions such as providing strategic counsel and advice on brand strategy, creative and digital strategy. This includes China in its scope of works.
