Prudential Hong Kong has unveiled the Prudence Lounge, a brand-new wealth and insurance planning centre for the premium customer segment.

Strategically located in the vibrant pulse of Tsim Sha Tsui, this new centre is designed to embody luxury and tranquility, providing premium customers with easy access to comprehensive and exclusive features such as VIP guest rooms, versatile seminar spaces, and a spacious recreational area with a panoramic view of the Victoria Harbour.

The Prudence Lounge spans over 5,200 square feet. It serves as an oasis of exclusivity and serenity amidst the city's hustle and bustle, providing an exceptional experience for premium customers, according to the release.

Inspired by Hong Kong’s iconic Victoria Harbour, the interior design of the Prudence Lounge marries elegance and tranquillity, radiating an aura of luxury. The dynamic curves in the design echo the vibrant harbourfront, crafting a harmonious atmosphere that appeals to customers’ refined tastes.

Named after six renowned peaks on Hong Kong Island – Mount Davis, High West, Victoria Peak, Jardine's Lookout, Mount Parker and Dragon’s Back – the VIP rooms at Prudence Lounge stand as a tribute to Prudential's enduring commitment to Hong Kong, along with the financial strength it has nurtured over the years.

The Prudence Lounge is staffed with a dedicated team of agency force and customer service representatives, providing a suite of services that cover insurance planning and wealth management to help customers achieve their various life goals.

Furthermore, to meet the financial planning needs of premium customers, the centre offers an array of professional services that can be reserved both digitally and in person. These services include third-party legal advice on areas such as trusts and wills, taxation, family offices, and overseas property transactions.

Candy Au Yeung, chief customer operations and health officer at Prudential Hong Kong , said: “Anchored by Prudential’s customer-centricity philosophy and our brand promise of ‘Listening. Understanding. Delivering’, we are dedicated to elevating our service quality and enriching the customer experience."

"With rising demand among our customers for personalised health and wealth protection services, our new Prudence Lounge stands as a testament to this dedication. By bringing together seasoned financial consultants with a range of specialist know-how to cater for our customers' needs, we deliver exceptional protection solutions and unparalleled customer experience, all in pursuit of service excellence," she added.

Back in July, Prudential Hong Kong has sponsored the highly anticipated "100% Doraemon & FRIENDS" Tour (Hong Kong), inviting the public to kick off their summer vacation and create unforgettable moments with Doraemon and his beloved friends.

The exhibition ran from 13 July to 18 August at K11 MUSEA. The free exhibition, taking place along the iconic landmark Avenue of Stars and Tsim Sha Tsui harbourfront, presented a 12-metre inflatable sculpture of Doraemon, the world's tallest.

The paid exhibition area was found on the sixth floor of K11 MUSEA, which will exhibit the "100% Friend-Calling Bell", a secret gadget debuting at the event. Featuring a plethora of unique, Doraemon-themed exhibits, the Tour promised an immersive journey that will captivate and enthral visitors, making it an unforgettable experience.
