PRecious Communications has appointed Allanjit Singh (pictured) as its new chief commercial officer (CCO).

In his role, Singh will feed into PRecious Communications' regional growth strategy through integrated services and an enhanced servicing approach, said founder and group CEO Lars Voedisch when MARKETING-INTERACTIVE reached out. He will also be working closely with Voedisch and the executive leadership team.

Singh will also be focusing on building out an enhanced PRecious proposition that will be delivered through active client engagement platforms and on PRecious' own marketing and communications touchpoints.

In addition, Singh will be tasked with implementing a refreshed client-centric operating model that focuses on delivering specialised counsel and best-in-class solutions from across the network as PRecious simultaneously invests in talent and key partnerships in each market.

Singh has over two decades of industry expertise. He previously led high-performing agency teams at Havas and Zeno and delivered integrated communications programmes across various industries. He also served as strategic counsel to senior executives at global brands such as Lenovo, UPS, Unilever, and Marriott International as well as with a range of local government ministries and statutory boards.

“The next phase focuses on leveraging recent investments in talent and capabilities, allowing PRecious teams to function as strategic partners to clients and focus on business outcomes through our integrated delivery models," said Singh.

"Our established regional presence is optimally positioned to drive client success across the full spectrum of executions. This has involved implementing new workflows where necessary, refining onboarding processes, and employing innovative approaches to address evolving client needs."

In tandem, PRecious has also appointed Shio Jyh Huat as chief financial officer (CFO) and Sharon Koh as regional head for people and culture.

Shio was previously the CFO at leading agencies such as Ogilvy, Grey and Publicis Groupe. He has a track record of improving the financial health of agency teams across Southeast Asia markets. In his new role, he will enhance the group's fiscal discipline and commercial model.

Koh, on the other hand, has over three years of experience at Publicis Groupe. She was previously the group's talent acquisition specialist before working her way up to regional talent acquisition specialist and head of talent acquisition specialist in Singapore.

Prior to that she was a regional new business director of APAC at Carat and director of client services at Havas Worldwide.

These new hires come as PRecious aims to strengthen its capabilities in its existing in-market teams.

"Our plans revolve around harnessing recent investments in talent and capabilities across the region to allow PRecious consultants to perform as true strategic partners to our clients beyond ensuring basic media relations deliverables are met," said Voedisch in a conversation with MARKETING-INTERACTIVE.

At the same time, PRecious is committed to delivering an upgraded and consistent PRecious experience across existing offices.

"While we're open to exploring new markets, any expansion will be driven by existing client needs and in alignment with our long-term objectives. At the end of the day, we will go where our clients want us to be," said Voedisch.
