Indonesian postal company Pos Indonesia (Persero) will be adding 27,600 drop points  as the company celebrates its 276th anniversary. According to media reports, the addition of the drop points will allow the members of the public, along MSMEs to make easier delivery across the markets. These drop points will be conveniently located closer to businesses for ease of use.

On Pos Indonesia's Facebook post, it announced that it aims to exist for the next 276 years and remain relevant to the existing changes, as the company's Anniversary Appeal of the Indonesian post was helped by Faizal Rochmad Djoemadi, Pos Indonesia president director. In addition, to commemorate its milestones, it has gathered its participants in its traditional garments.

Last month, Pos Indonesia also held the Pos Indonesia Expo 2022 event to strengthen Pos Indonesia's commitment to work on the Millennial and gen Z market, as part of the company's business transformation.

The event was held in the Sarinah courtyard, a place where many Millennials and Gen Z gather. The concept of the event is contemporary and fresh look, with the hope of increasing awareness of the millennial generation of Pos Indonesia products and services.

In addition to talk shows, the event also presented live acoustic music and there were also booths to showcase the transformation of Pos Indonesia's services as a logistics solution, namely PosAja, Poslog, PosPay, and STORI.

Meanwhile, Pos Indonesia is also transforming its business launching the PosAja digital courier application and PosPay payment services. These two services are the mainstay of Pos Indonesia in responding to the needs of the millennial generation.

PosAja is an application-based delivery service that can be accessed via smartphones. This service offers many options ranging from Sameday Services (Instant Post), Next Day Services (Express Post) and Regular Delivery (Special Express Post), as well as O-Ranger service for pick-up to the sender's residence.

While PosPay is a digital application that makes it easy for people to make various transactions and payments such as electricity bills, PDAM, top-up, QRIS, and others. This application can also receive and transfer money to various banks.

Another innovation offered by Pos Indonesia that is no less interesting is the STORI service. STORI is one of Poslog's flagship services that provides fulfillment services with a digital platform or commonly called a cloud store.
