Pizza Hut HK elevates dining experience with new concept store

Pizza Hut has launched its first concept store with an "open kitchen" in Hong Kong, featuring classic brand elements with a modern dining experience. 

Located in Tung Chung, the concept store has integrated classic Pizza Hut elements into a modern catering operation model. It seeks not only to continue the brand's consistent commitment to delicious food but also to use innovative design concepts and operational models to create a fashionable and comfortable dining space for customers.

The concept store's design focuses on simplicity and comfort, highlighting connections among people. It has also integrated sustainable development elements into the restaurant's design and operation model. 

Each table is equipped with large, open windows that let natural light illuminate the restaurant. Faux leather booths are combined with wooden dining tables and accented by small pendant lights, all intended to foster a relaxed and stylish dining atmosphere for families, friends, and couples.

Moreover, the "craftsmanship" elements of Pizza Hut are seamlessly integrated into the dining environment, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a classic American restaurant. For example, Pizza Hut's classic logo's roof element is integrated into the top of the open kitchen, the sides of the booths, and the handrails at the entrance.

Moreover, the red column in front of the open kitchen is paved with handmade red bricks, symbolising Pizza Hut's commitment to crafting various dishes by hand. Each hand-fired red brick has a unique texture, just like Pizza Hut's handcrafted pizzas, adding a warm feel to the dining experience with its delicate touch.

Meanwhile, the dining area walls are adorned with various modern-style posters that incorporate the brand's iconic visual elements, paired with bold colours and innovative typography, adding a playful touch to the entire space. Similarly, the outdoor signage embraces a classic American cinema design concept, emphasising Pizza Hut's identity as a quintessential American pizza restaurant with a unique design flair. 

To further enhance the customer experience, the store has a separate takeaway area to separate dine-in and takeaway services, balancing the needs of different customers while maintaining a relaxed dining atmosphere. Electronic screens display order numbers and pickup notifications are also equipped to ensure a more convenient and efficient takeaway process.

Back in November last year, Pizza Hut partnered with the beloved Japanese character Pokémon to drive engagement with an extensive pool of targeted customers in its latest campaign.

Running from 31 October 2024 to 15 January 2025, the campaign targets different generations of Pokémon fans, Pizza Hut lovers and members, card game collectors, and families with children, from Hong Kong and Macau.
