Iris Singapore has been appointed as the agency handling the creative and customer relationship management duties for GoTyme Bank.
A release to the press stated that over the next few months, Iris Singapore will launch the brand positioning for the brand, followed by the bank’s first integrated campaign across multiple touchpoints in the Philippines.
GoTyme Bank is owned by one of the Philippines’ conglomerates, the Gokongwei Group and Tyme Bank, which is a multi-cultural banking group. It is a phygital (physical and digital) model bank in the Philippines that puts customer service and ease of access at the forefront of the Filipino banking experience.

The campaign will highlight GoTyme Bank’s unique position that will set them apart in the market and that will help them continue their mission of bringing next level banking products and services.
GoTyme Bank called for a multi-agency pitch earlier this year. As the winner, Iris Singapore will now be tasked with setting and bringing to life the bank’s brand positioning.
Commenting on the agency’s appointment, Priya Kalidas, head of growth, Iris Singapore said, “We are thrilled by this new partnership. It was great chemistry from the get-go. We are really looking forward to helping the bank unlock its enormous potential and charting the next chapter of success for GoTyme. Full credit to the Iris Singapore team who worked on this pitch with so much passion and conviction.”
Cristina Sanchez, executive creative director of Iris Singapore added that every brand seeks to uplift the lives of people and partnering with GoTyme Bank in the Philippines allows for that.
The chief marketing officer of GoTyme Bank, Raymund Villanueva added that Iris Singapore's ideas for the bank during the pitching process would help unlock the financial potential of every Filipino through a human led campaign.
Recently, Iris appointed Rebecca Nadilo as managing director of Iris Singapore as it looks to take the agency into the new era. Nadilo will be working towards developing the agency so that it can best serve its clients through its rapid evolution across creative industries, global economics and consumer expectations.
A seasoned strategist, Nadilo has worked across Singapore, Australia and the U.S. and has gained extensive experience in both local and global roles across an impressive portfolio of local and multinational brands such as HSBC, Visa, Smirnoff, Tiger, Unilever, AT&T and Johnson & Johnson.
