The Park Lane HK joins Marriott's Autograph Collection brand

Marriott International is planning to debut its Autograph Collection brand in Hong Kong. It has inked deal with Victoria Park Hotels to add The Park Lane Hong Kong to the collection in 2025.
Located on Gloucester Road in Causeway Bay. The Park Lane Hong Kong, Autograph Collection is part of a 28-story mixed-use development with retail outlets on the ground and first floors. It is anticipated to have 820 guest rooms, an executive lounge, three distinctive dining venues and over 1,700 square meters of event spaces as well as recreational facilities.
The Park Lane Hong Kong, Autograph Collection will join 13 Marriott properties across 10 of the group’s brands in Hong Kong, including JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, The St Regis Hong Kong, Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers, The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, W Hong Kong and Le Méridien Hong Kong Cyberport.
Autograph Collection is an American group of independent upper-upscale to luxury hotels within the Marriott International portfolio. The Autograph Collection currently consists of more than 300 independent properties across 50 countries and regions, with recent addition of two Dubai hotels.

Most recently, Marriott International's travel programme, Marriott Bonvoy, expanded its travel benefits through collaborating with Cathay Membership programme to create a seamless customer journey for their respective customers.
In a conversation with MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, Paul Smitton, director customer lifestyle, Cathay, said it chose to partner with Marriott Bonvoy due to the global reach and extensive presence of the largest hotel chain.
"By getting access to their elite status, our customers will be able to be treated as special customers when they're at the Marriott," Smitton said.
“For us, it’s across the broad. We are trying to do that wherever we can, how we make the product more match customer needs that we seek and take away the friction from the customer experience,” he added.
