Media & marketing consulting firm Timber Wolf Media will produce the podcast series for Singapore-based pet supply online retailer Good Dog People. Dubbed the “Good Dog People Podcast,” the series will offer tips and advice for dog owners from a variety of experts. The pilot episode covers a very timely topic: Everything you need to know about dogs and the Coronavirus. Guests Kelvin Tan and Camelia Leong, founders of veterinary care company Vetpal, clear up the misconceptions about dogs and COVID-19, as well as offer general tips of how to keep your dog healthy.
“Podcasting is an excellent medium for brands to both connect with existing customers as well as appeal to new ones,” said lead consultant and founder of Timber Wolf Media, Miguel Bernas. “A great podcast allows your brand to tap into communities of like-minded people that gather around a niche interest. And dog owners certainly qualify.”
“As we face stricter measures to stop the coronavirus spread, we think now is a good time to extend our community engagement to podcasting. I was very impressed with Miguel’s work on his own Quicksilver Generation Podcast and I knew he was the right guy to develop our own podcast,” said founder and CEO of Good Dog People, Terry Peh. Each episode will be co-hosted by Bernas and Peh, and will feature a different expert guest. The first season of the podcast series will feature six episodes and publish once every two weeks.
Good Dog People is an online pet store which advocates ethical and responsible products for dogs and people. Their motto is “Dogs, People & Planet first.”
The Good Dog People Podcast is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and other popular podcast platforms. Clips from the podcast will also be made available through Good Dog People social media channels and YouTube. For more information, visit https://podcast.gooddogpeople.com.
