NUS Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy appoints media agency

NUS Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP) has reappointed The Media Shop (TMS) as its media agency for the third year in a row. It was first appointed in 2014.The move follows a pitch which concluded in June 2016. It saw agencies such as Asatsu-DK Singapore, OMD Singapore, Paprika Global and Starlight Advertising vying for the account.“We are pleased to be given this opportunity again to collaborate with an established institution to develop and execute a strategic regional campaign to propel LKYSPP’s name in policy studies and extend its global footprint,” said Gary Tang, executive director of TMS.“With the recent set up of our office in Shanghai, TMS can better support LKYSPP’s efforts to draw prospective students in China to its executive education programmes,” he added.Dane Lim, director of external affairs and marketing at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy recently took on an additional role as director of marketing and communications at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). He takes over from former executive director Myrna Poon who joined DBS as senior vice president, head of brand and digital in May.At Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Lim leads the school’s overall brand and communications strategy. He also handles media relations and develops new strategic partnerships to grow the school’s global reputation as a school of choice for public policy and thought leadership in the school’s five research focus areas.
