After rolling out its services in Singapore, Ninja Van is now rolling out Public Relations-as-a-Service (PRaaS) for businesses shipping with Ninja Van in Malaysia. PRaaS will be available on Ninja Rewards, a loyalty programme and it joins the existing suite of value-added services that Ninja Van rolled out in Malaysia.
Throughout the years, Ninja Van Malaysia has introduced various products and services to help shippers grow their businesses. One of its latest products is the newly launched Ninja Biz, an app tailor-made to allow shippers to access their accounts and deliveries on the go.
Ahead of its eighth anniversary, Ninja Van Malaysia has also released its first-ever white paper on Live Selling in Southeast Asia (SEA).
Apart from that, Ninja Van has also introduced Logistics+ . Logistics+ is a suite of supply chain management solutions for SMEs in Southeast Asia. It helps SMEs navigate the complex and ever-changing network of manufacturing and financial service providers. Around 30,000 SMEs in SEA are now benefiting from Logisitcs+
Winston Seow, chief marketing officer, Ninja Van Group. “Being there from the start of e-commerce gave Ninja Van a front-row seat to SEA’s e-commerce evolution, and we use this unique position to support our shippers beyond logistics. Understanding their needs has helped us roll out value-added services that will plug the gaps they face, and PRaaS is one such service. With the launch of PRaaS in Malaysia, we can now provide local shippers with the PR support that they need to stand out from the crowd.”
With regards to the launch of the new service, Ninja Van said that PR is a key tool to help shippers create brand recognition, build credibility and manage brand reputation, thereby achieving shippers’ business goals. A recent survey conducted among Ninja Van shippers across SEA also found that 44% expressed interest to explore what PR can do for their businesses.
“In a world where businesses are constantly vying for attention, finding ways to make your eCommerce business stand out is crucial,” Seow said. Meanwhile, this isn’t Ninja Van’s first foray into marketing services. Last year, Ninja Van launched “Creative Hub” in various cities across Indonesia to provide shippers with creative, digital and social media marketing solutions.
