Nina Hospitality, a member of Chinachem Group, has embarked on a transformation journey since 2021, ushering in a new era of refinement. Nina Hospitality has developed a solid business model, created a unique service philosophy, and fostered a vibrant company culture.  

Through tailored improvement plans for each property and a comprehensive brand relaunch, Nina Hospitality aims to breathe new life into its identity and refresh consumer perceptions.  

This year, Nina Hospitality has unveiled a dynamic branding campaign that reflects the playful, fun, and modern spirit. Central to this initiative is a colourful one-minute film that introduces the brand's slogan, "Surprise yourself." This slogan encapsulates the diverse and memorable experiences that Hotel Group offers to various guests at its hotels and residences.  

The slogan “Surprise yourself” not only represents the brand ethos but also highlights the extensive enhancements made across its properties. For instance, Nina Hotel Causeway Bay has unveiled a revamped lobby, while Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West has undergone comprehensive renovation plans.  

Significant upgrades include the rebranding of the flagship Chinese restaurant RÚ, which offers an elevated dining experience, the introduction of Nina Communal—an exclusive lounge area—and the addition of three opulent bridal rooms alongside 45 refreshed suites of the 1,608 renovated guestrooms, reinforcing the hotel’s status as an upper-upscale destination.
