Nina Hospitality enhances guest experience with new scent and sonic identity

Nina Hospitality has unveiled two innovative initiatives that elevate guests’ multisensory experience across its hotels, including “Signature scent” and “Musical journey”.

These are some of the initiatives to articulate the brand's experience principles – sensory wonderment, which aims to immerse guests in a unique sensory journey that stays with them.

The signature scent, "Nina Blossom," is a fragrance that embodies the brand's vibrant and heartfelt personality. Inspired by the bustling streets of Hong Kong, this masterful blend of top notes, middle notes, and base notes whisks one away on a journey through the city's enticing energy, according to the release.

The bright and zesty combination of strawberry and lemon-type scents is reminiscent of a morning sunrise. The floral notes such as Peony, Magnolia, Jasmine and Cedar evoke the lush greenery of Hong Kong's tropical gardens, conveying the sincerity, generosity and warmth that characterised Nina.

As the scent transitions to Vanilla, Amber and Sandalwood, guests are reminded of Nina's resilience and deep roots in this cosmopolitan hub.

With its unique blend of freshness, liveliness, and warmth, Nina Blossom is more than just a fragrance - it's an experience that captures the essence of Nina's passion for creativity and community, inviting its guests to immerse in the sights and sensations of Hong Kong's eclectic streets.

Meanwhile, the “Musical journey” is a carefully crafted sonic identity that enhances the ambience and elevates the overall experience across Nina's hotels and restaurants.

Each location features a unique background sound that aligns with the brand's personality, designed to surprise and delight guests.

From the modern elegance of Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West to the sophisticated urban vibe of Nina Hotel Island South, and from the bold edginess of Nina Hotel Causeway Bay and Nina Hotel Kowloon East to the smart comfort of Lodgewood Mong Kok, every location has its own distinct playlist curated to match its unique character.

The playlists are designed to adapt to different times of day and moods, with day vibes offering a more energetic and uplifting selection to match the morning sunrise or afternoon energy, while night vibes provide a more relaxed and soothing atmosphere for evening relaxation.

This immersive experience transports guests into a realm where every note, every rhythm, and every melody contribute to a sensorial symphony that goes beyond the ordinary.

Both “Signature scent” and “Musical journey” were designed with eco-friendliness in mind. The fragrance is manufactured in accordance with strict IFRA standards and regulations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable scenting experience. The music selection is curated to create a harmonious atmosphere that is both soothing and uplifting.

Nina Hospitality's experience principles work hand-in-hand with brand vision, mission and values, making them tangible and relevant to its guests. These principles guide its approach to delivering exceptional experiences that delight the guests' senses and create unforgettable memories.

"We are thrilled to introduce these two innovative initiatives that showcase our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences at Nina Hospitality," said Simon Manning, managing director of Nina Hospitality.

"Our goal is to create a sensory wonderland that engages our guests' senses and leaves a lasting impression. As a lifestyle hospitality brand, these initiatives not only enhance our guests' experiences but also reflect our brand's values and mission,” Manning added.
