Netflix nabs Rebecca Nadilo as APAC marketing creative partnerships director

Netflix has appointed Rebecca Nadilo (pictured) as its new director of marketing partnerships creative, APAC, according to her LinkedIn post, revealing her first day at the streaming giant. 

Nadilo was most recently the managing director at Iris Singapore, where she first joined the agency in June 2023. Her tenure at the agency has been marked by significant achievements, including the successful launch of Iris, the agency's social studio and major client wins including government, retail and automotive clients. She also strengthened the leadership team with key hires to bolster the strategic and creative vision of Iris.

Nadilo's recent departure from her role as Iris Singapore's managing director last week saw Priya Kalidas step up to take on the position. 

“It has been an incredible journey leading Iris Singapore. I am immensely proud of what we have built, the people who make up Iris and the clients we partner with. Kalidas has been my right-hand man for the last 2 years, and I know she will continue to push the agency forward with her incredible drive, impeccable account leadership and tenacity," said Nadilo on the transition. 

Prior to her time at Iris Singapore, Nadilo was the APAC strategy lead at Meta where she defined the vision and objectives for Creative Shop APAC based on business priorities, revenue, impact potential and market needs. Before her time at Meta, Nadilo led a team of strategists for Wunderman Thompson as its chief strategy officer, where she spearheaded the global strategy for Unilever brands Lux and Radiant, as well as HSBC Bank.
