Neelofa promotes new bag collection, turns into internet meme

Malaysian actress and social media influencer Noor Neelofa Mohd Noor (pictured) came under the spotlight again as a result of a promotion for her latest bag collection "Lofar by Sometime".Her Instagram post, which garnered 79,852 likes at the time of writing, showed Neelofa sitting on a couch with a red bag on her lap. Others jokingly said to call the police as someone was using a bag on her head. Previously, the Malaysian social media influencer was under the spotlight for wearing 3D glasses to Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week, saying she had forgotten to return the glasses after watching a movie.In July this year, Neelofa partnered with Starbucks for its “MY Cups of Kindness” campaign by assuming the role of a barista at Four Seasons Place. Neelofa also told followers that RM0.50 will be donated to a charity close to her heart, with every purchase of Starbucks’ new summer beverages. Among the list of brands that Neelofa has worked with include YES, AirAsia and OPPO.
